Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than Monday, September 12, 2011, to receive a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. After September 12, an alternative person from your organization may register at no extra charge; however, no refund will be made. Absolutely no refunds will be made for any registrant who does not attend the conference.
