Cancellation and Refund Policy

To receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing no later than Aug. 6, 2010, less a $25 administrative fee. After August 6, an alternate person from your organization may register at no extra charge, but no refund will be made. Absolutely no refunds will be made for any registrant that does not attend the conference.
